New Rates Effective January 1, 2026
To ensure we can continue providing safe, reliable drinking water and effective wastewater treatment, the Board has approved moderate rate adjustments for 2026 which include a 6% increase for water and a 4% increase for wastewater.

Stormwater fees are collected by Mukilteo Water and Wastewater District on behalf of the City of Mukilteo. The City of Mukilteo provides stormwater services and establishes the rates that are charged for the services. The rate for 2026 includes a 25% increase from the 2025 rates. The District bills and collects the fees, then remits the fees to the City per an existing agreement.
