In the event of an emergency, such as a water/sewer main break or water contamination situation, we need to be able to reach you quickly. The District will never sell or otherwise distribute this information to any other parties. This information is sent directly to our customer service staff, and will only be used for contacting you regarding District business matters.
Please call the District at 425-355-3355 if you experience a water or sewer emergency. If the office is closed, you will be directed to the District answering service.
At this time, the only option MWWD has to have your account automatically paid is for customers to also sign up for paperless billing through www.doxo.com. Once connected, you can link a checking account or debit/credit card to your doxo account, and authorize automatic bill payments. Debit/credit processing fees apply.
Please have your paper statement ready and go to www.doxo.com. Search for "Mukilteo Water & Wastewater District", and follow the prompts to connect your account. Once connected, you will no longer receive paper statements from MWWD, instead, doxo will notifiy you by email that you have a statement ready to view and/or pay.
