2012 Toilet Replacement Program

Mukilteo Water & Wastewater District offers a Toilet Replacement Program that enables District retail customers to replace their old toilets with efficient water-conserving toilets in order to save water and money. Participants will receive up to a $75 rebate for a qualifying toilet installed (1 toilet per customer). Toilets must be WaterSense Labeled and be on the EPA's list of High Efficiency Toilet (HET) models which is linked to this page. Applications will be processed through 2012 on a first come first serve basis until allocated funds are exhausted.
