Tenant Billing

In 2009 the District’s billing policy changed, and we now only set up accounts in the name of the legal owner.

Therefore:

• If you are a tenant moving in, and would like a duplicate billing, please have your landlord contact the District at 425-355-3355 to set up this service. The account will remain in the owner/landlord’s name, with the duplicate billing sent to "Resident". A $1.00 per month duplicate billing fee will be charged to your account for this service.

• If you are a tenant moving out and the billing is currently in your name (under the old policy) please contact the District at the number above to have your name removed from the account.

• If you are a tenant moving out and the billing is in the owner/landlords name (not your name), we do not do final (closing) billings. There is no need to contact the District. If you have any questions, please contact the office at 425-355-3355.
