turn west onto 92nd St SW. At the "Y" (92nd and 61st Pl W) stay to the
left, and you will still be on 92nd St SW. Take a left onto 62nd Pl W.
Take a left onto 95th Pl SW. You will see the metal gate on your right.
This is the top of the one lane, winding road leading to the treatment
plant. When you reach the treatment plant, there will be a pedestal on
your left. Ring the call button. If there is no answer, honk your horn.
