Developer Standards

Please follow the steps below to begin the developer process:
- A pre-application form must be completed and submitted along with a current Title Report showing ownership of the property.
Open the
pre-application form.
- Please do not print and sign the website copy of the Developer Extension Agreement (DEA) that is included in the Developer Standards. Two bound hard copies of the Developer Standards must be purchased from the District at a cost of $25.00 each. They are available at the Administration office only at 7824 Mukilteo Speedway, Mukilteo WA, and are required to be signed by the developer and returned to the District.
- The developer must provide a deposit for the project, which is determined by the District, when the signed Developer Standards books are submitted for approval.
- The signed Developer Standards books
will go before the Board of Commissioners for
approval and signature.
