The District intends to perform smoke testing to identify potential sources of inflow in North Mukilteo. The project scope proposed will include system smoke testing and a report summarizing the findings. Upon completion of this work, the District can then move forward with repairs to diminish I&I (inflow and infiltration) which will reduce pumping costs, thus saving our ratepayers money and extending the life of lift stations No. 9 & No. 10.
