Based on the District's Sewer Agreement with the City of Everett, The District is obligated by contract to pay 4 percent of capital improvement cost at the Everett Water Pollution Control Facility (WPCF). Everett is anticipating expenses of approximately $6,075,000 in 2012. Project Manager is Dan Hammer.
