In 2010 the District purchased an effluent disc filter from AWWD and awarded the improvement project to Gary Harper Construction in June 2011. The contractor is currently behind schedule, it is anticipated that the project will be completed in early 2012. Project Managers are Dan Hammer and Gil Bridges.
